My two greatest passions in life are people and property. That, over the last 24 years, working initially for Faron Sutaria and then trading independently from 1998 as Catherine McGinley and as Charles Associates Limited since 2012, I have managed to incorporate both these passions into a business I love is enormously satisfying to me.

I work from my home office in Primrose Hill, not from a visible  high street branch and schedule outside appointments with clients upon request.

I am a member of The Association of Residential Letting Agents (MARLA). My services are entirely tailored to my Clients, many of whom I have seen through not just one, but several of the most significant and exciting stages of their lives, from the sourcing of their first rental properties, to the acquisition and sale of their first and second homes, the weaving together of builders, craftsmen and interior designers for refurbishments large and small and the acquisition, letting and management of their investment properties.

I understand the difficulties such major decisions carry with them and my sense of fulfilment derives from knowing that I have alleviated many of the stressful aspects of the process so they can derive pleasure from the experience.

Like all good partnerships, the most successful ones are between people who like, trust and respect each other. This connection is key for me and is the springboard from which I dedicate myself to each project. I am considered by my Clients to be totally commited, entirely trustworthy and honest (to a fault!).

My geographical area of expertise is the loveliest London borough of them all - The Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea. It spans North, West and South of Hyde Park from Notting Hill and Holland Park, through to Kensington, South Kensington, Chelsea and Eastwards to Belgravia. 

I am never, however, restricted by boundaries and have recently been developined an intense passion for Mayfair.   The real thrill for me however is to find the perfect home for my Client, wherever that might be.
